What if I don't say a destination?
It converts into your Mac's own timezone, and marks that row so you can see the default was assumed rather than stated.
Does it handle daylight saving?
Yes - including future dates, where the offset on the day in question may differ from today's.

macOS 14 Sonoma and later, on Apple silicon and Intel. Distributed through the Mac App Store only.
